Amy Winehouse's Back to Black turns 20 on 27 October, and a 20th anniversary edition is out on Friday 23 October 2026 with four unreleased demos, rare B-sides and her full live show from the Paradiso in Amsterdam, recorded in February 2007. So here are four London nights from the archive: Shoreditch two days after her five Grammy wins, Soho on the eve of the BRIT Awards, Camden in July 2008 and Mayfair in April 2010. That night she was at the launch of designer Andrew Buckler's menswear collection and a party at Shoreditch House. Back to Black had come out a little over fifteen months earlier. Here she is in a red wrap top and grey skirt, with a yellow and black headband and a red flower in her hair.

She had played an impromptu two song set there on the eve of the BRIT Awards, where she performed the following night. She wears a blue and green check shirt over a yellow top, a black skirt and a gold braided belt, her hair piled high.
